Chico, CA resident Robert Gordon Rasmussen, 23, is accused of cultivating 210 plants at home in October 2007. Rasmussen says they were part of a lawful 8-person patient collective. Rasmussen was sentenced to time served by Judge Mendez in Sacramento in June 2011.
