United States v. Troy Conte (2009-2010, Sonoma County)

On May 21, 2009, the Sonoma County Narcotics Task Force raided the residence of Troy Conte and arrested him for having 31 marijuana plants.  Troy was charged with conspiracy, cultivation, transportation and possession with intent to sell.

Troy Conte  appeared September 3rd, 2009, at 2:30 p. m. for a Status Conference at 450 Golden Gate, San Francisco, in Courtroom 11 on the 19th floor, before Judge Jeffrey White.  A Trial Setting Hearing was scheduled for May 27, 2010 at 02:30 PM in Courtroom 11, 19th Floor, San Francisco before Hon. Jeffrey S. White.  Sealed documents related to the case were filed on May 14, 2010 and the case entered the Pretrial Settlement phase.  A final Settlement Conference as to Troy Conte was held on June 14, 2010.
