FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE - October 20, 2014 Las Vegas, Nevada From her Regional Justice Center courtroom Judge Carolyn Ellsworth ruled today to release Fredrica Ballard, held on a probation violation, would be released for now. The charges included cultivation of a controlled substance and possession with intent to sell. Fredrica was sentenced to 3 years probation with terms including the order to refrain from contact with her two sons Daniel and William Ballard (co defendants) and was being held without bond for an alleged probation violation. The Human Solution was notified at the final hour but
was still able to respond with some local supporters. The next court
date was set out till November 3, 2014 due to a witness being unable to
